Before Marvel fans could even recover from the mass causalities inflicted by Thanos in Infinity War , a new Spiderman trailer is released, bringing up a lot of questions and emotions.
Essentially, we just need some kind of confirmation that everyone we thought was dead, is actually alive. Otherwise, this trailer isn’t making a lot of sense!
Since the release of the new Spider-Man trailer yesterday, we’ve barely been able to contain our excitement.
Its barely been a day since Marvel dropped this trailer on us, and we’re already counting down the days until the theater release.
It really blew our hair back.
Spiderman is taking his powers international? That’s a tall order, but I’m seriously ready for it. July can’t come fast enough.
But we’re also confused as to how Spider-Man is even alive to make a new movie.
If he died in Infinity War then what the hell is he doing back here?
How is he getting another movie if he’s dead? What’s going on here? Am I missing something?
My best guess is that this movie is actually set before Infinity War , but I’m going to be confused regardless.
Some people were just genuinely unimpressed.
Not sure how it is humanly possible not to get excited when you watch a new Spider-Man trailer.
But I guess you can’t please everybody!
Why are they trying to make us fall in love with the villain?
Then, on top of all the how-is-Spider-Man-alive confusion, they throw a smokin’ hot Jake Gyllenhaal into the mix to confuse us to our very cores.
Why is Jake Gyllenhaal’s character perfectly designed to steal our hearts?
Villains aren’t supposed to be attractive. Looking at you, Thanos.
It’s very confusing, and it’s going to cause my loyalty to become very conflicted.
Why is the title of the movie so literal?
They couldn’t have left anything to our imaginations, could they? Just had to pick the most unimaginative movie title of all time.
Where’s Iron Man?
We know that Doctor Strange traded the Time Stone to save Iron Man’s life. So, where is he then?
I swear if he’s still floating around in space I —
Did Iron Man die?
Are we missing something? Did Iron Man actually not make it?
I can’t rest until I know he’s okay.
Was this trailer one giant spoiler?
Both Spiderman and Nick Fury, as far as we knew, disintegrated in Infinity War , and yet, they’re both in the new trailer.
Are we suppose to just ignore that?
How did Spider-Man survive Thanos’ snap?
Like I said, we were pretty certain that Spider-Man died. But if he didn’t, then I’d like to know how he made it out alive.
What can we expect from “Avengers: End Game”?
Are all of our questions going to be answered? Can I physically stand to wait that long to find out how everyone managed to rise from the grave?
Is there a timeline switch that we don’t know about, or just some serious plot-holes?
Maybe this Spiderman movie is actually meant to be before Thanos’ snap, and End Game will be the aftermath.
It’s definitely a plausible theory and frankly, the only one I’ll accept.

Why are they using first-person cameras?
Everyone knows that first-person filming is tacky, and it gives people motion sickness. Don’t try to bring it back, it’s not going to happen.
Where is Peter Parker’s passport glow-up?
He seems to just be getting dorkier with age, it doesn’t make any sense. In the first photo, he looks suave, and sophisticated.
Why does aunt May look like Peter’s hot older sister, and not a wise old owl?
I know this isn’t exclusive to Far From Home , but Aunt May is supposed to be an old lady, with life experience, and words of wisdom.
The one person they didn’t need to sexualize, and they did it anyway.
On a more positive note: here’s Jake Gyllenhaal in action, playing Mysterio.
I’m already so torn. Do I follow my head and root for Spiderman? Or do I follow my heart, and root for this hunk?
Decisions, decisions.
Oh, and Zendaya is back. We’re happy about this.
Having Zendaya in apart of any movie cast, increases the chances of me paying to see it in theaters multiple times.
She’s just that adorable.

The effects are going to be better than ever.
In the world of ever-changing and advancing technology, if there’s one thing we can count on, it’s that movies are going to get cooler, and more life-like with every passing year.
We need to admire Peter’s amazing passport photo again.
I’d be lying if I said mine was any better. I don’t think passport photos ever turn out well. It’s just not possible. The cameras and the lighting are basically designed to make us look horrible. Then we take care of the rest.
I feel you, Peter.
