I cannot believe I am physically typing these words but Law & Order: Organized Crime is finally premiering TODAY! That’s right, folks! The year-long wait to see Elliot Stabler back in the SVU -niverse is finally over!

When I heard the premiere date for Elliot Stabler’s return to my TV screen was April 1st, I thought it was a cruel joke.
It wouldn’t surprise me at this point, considering his spinoff series, Law & Order: Organized Crime has been pushed back so many times already!
However, Chris Meloni and Mariska Hargitay recently released a video in anticipation of the *Law & Order: SVU* crossover event with Chris’ spin-off.
“I needed this,” says Mariska to the camera, before Chris echoes her sentiments.
“We both needed it. And I think you needed it,” she adds.
YES WE DID!
The world has been waiting for this with breath that is BAITED!
Law & Order: Organized Crime premieres on April 1 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
