Look, it’s no secret Hollywood is sexist AF. It breaks my heart that so many strong, amazing, powerful women have been reduced to matronly roles as they age, while men only get better roles with time.
With the return of our beloved S*x and the City ladies comes the return of criticism about their appearance and do you know whose not having it? The one and only Kristin Davis.

If you take one look at social media these days, you’ll see that many people weren’t told “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all!” growing up.
And when it comes to judging women , especially in Hollywood, the criticism is always much harder.
With the return of “S*x and the City,” Kristin Davis has been under a microscope and is about done with people’s comments about her appearance.
Speaking with The Sunday Times , the 56-year-old said: “Everyone wants to comment, pro or nay or whatever, on our hair and our faces and our this and our that. The level of intensity of it was a shock.
“I feel angry and I don’t want to feel angry all the time, so I don’t look at it, I just know it’s there.”
Sadly, these remarks are nothing new — the actress has been having to deal with these types of comments since she was in her thirties.
“It would stress me out a fair amount because I couldn’t avoid it. I kind of feel like that’s how it is now too.”
But I also feel — I’m going to be blunt — I feel like, [explective] ou. [Explective] you people, like, come over here and do it better.’ Do you know what I mean? Like, what are you doing?” she adds.
