It’s hard to believe it’s been almost 5 months since the passing of beloved actress, mother, and wife Kelly Preston. The 57-year-old passed away after a two year battle with breast cancer back in July.
Now, her husband John Travolta is thanking fans for their support and love during his first major holiday without his wife.
Kelly Preston was easily one of the most recognizable faces in Hollywood.

Her iconic roles include classics such as Jerry Maguire , the Amanda Bynes early ‘aughts gem What A Girl Wants , the iconic film Twins, and of course, Dr. Seuss’ Cat in the Hat live-action film.
Kelly married hubby John Travolta back in 1991 and had one of the longest Hollywood marriages.
The pair share three children together, 20-year-old daughter Ella, and 9-year-old Benjamin. The pair also have a son Jett, who died at age 16 in January 2009.
Sadly, Kelly passed away in July 2020 after a two year battle with breast cancer. John took to Instagram to inform fans of Kelly’s passing and has been reaching out to fans via social media ever since.

Now, the 66-year-old is opening up in a new Instagram video, taking fans for their support and love during his first Thanksgiving without his wife.
“I want to take this moment to thank each and every one of you for supporting me in such an incredible way this year,” he said while speaking to the camera.
“Happy Thanksgiving and always love.”
The comment section was filled with love and support for the actor.

“Happy Thanksgiving to you and your sweet family. Kelly would be so proud of you all for your love and strength,” wrote one fan.
“It’s so good to see you! We all love you so much! Happy Thanksgiving!” wrote another.
We’re thinking of all Kelly’s family and friends this holiday season.
