Well, apparently one Instagram troll really didn’t think Jesse would come for his nasty comment on Instagram, but they were WRONG!

Back in January, Jesse revealed his excitement about becoming a parent on *The Late Late Show*.
“I’m very excited,” he exclaimed .
“I’m 44 now. I’m, like, let’s get this show going. I mean, it’s already, ticktock.”
Cut to July, Jesse took to Twitter to explain his son’s name and the sweet meaning behind it.
“We have always loved the name Beckett and the middle name, Mercer is the street in NYC where we got married almost 7 years ago! We are so thrilled to be new dads!” Jesse tweeted.
While *literally* the whole world was excited for the happy couple, one person just had to make their negative opinion about Beckett’s name known!
Because who doesn’t want to hear every irrelevant thought that runs through an Insta troll’s mind?!
When *People* magazine posted their congrats message to the happy couple, Instagram user @pedx5000 called Beckett’s name “stupid.” Because that’s a nice thing to do, right?
In response to the nasty comment, Jesse used pedx5000’s OWN WORDS to clap back at him.
“‘If we could all just get along as one nation,’ — you four Instagram posts ago,” Jesse clapped back.
“Sending love to you sir from us and Beckett.”
But if you think the iconic clapback stopped there, you are totally WRONG!
Jesse then went to that exact picture pedx5000 posted with the caption he quoted and left another sassy comment.
“Remember when you told me my son had a stupid name? Lol. I guess the Sentiment faded fast. Sending love from me Justin and Beckett.” Don’t we love hypocrisy!
Good for you, Jesse!!
Jesse took to Twitter to explain why he chose to clap back at this troll, specifically.
“Sometimes it’s just fun to poke the trolls,” he wrote. He explained that he won’t engage with bigoted trolls, just the ones who sound dumb.

Different baby names are cool and also, Jesse is a celebrity which means he could name his son PINECONE if he wanted to!
But, I’m sorry, Beckett is like, a pretty normal name I feel? It seems like people just want to have beef for no reason!!!!
