Prepare. To. Cry.
Jennifer Aniston stopped by NBC to participate in Ellen’s Greatest Night of Giveaways , which aimed to give families in need some well-deserved Christmas spirit — and amazing gifts. She was so moved by one family’s story that she cried her eyes out.
Meet the Kimballs.

Jeff and his two daughters, Lexi and Elyse, lost Jeff’s wife to cancer years earlier.
Ellen brought them to Ellen’s Greatest Night of Giveaways thanks to a video Elyse sent in.
Their family has been through so much.

She took it upon herself to send a video in to praise her father for how hard he works.
He just lost his job, and he’s still doing everything he can to give them everything.
She said her dad works tirelessly for them.

“He has given all he has got for our family of three. He doesn’t deserve this,” she told Aniston and Ellen. “He’s all I got. He is my life. He is what gets me through the good and the bad.”
So she reached out.

“For once, I want to give something to him. I want him to get something he deserves, and I can’t do this without help.”
Ellen was the perfect person to get help from!
His wife adored ‘Finding Nemo.’

This is the part that made Jennifer Aniston cry.
Jeff said that their family had a motto.
“She was going in for a 13-hour surgery. The last thing I did was blow her a kiss and say, ‘Just keep swimming,”
Aniston was so touched.

“Oh, my God!” She said, so surprised. “What would your mom say right now if she knew you guys were here?”
This question was designed to make me keep crying, you guys.
I’m crying, but also laughing.

Jeff gave the cutest answer to that question.
“She would be so happy. Ellen, she was your biggest fan. So, she would be like, ‘Move over, ’cause I am getting closer.'”
Ellen revealed a surprise.

“I know this time of year is important to you, because she really loved Christmas, and we wanted to make Christmas just a little extra special.”
Ellen and her crew did something special to their house.
She hooked them UP.

I mean, it was never just going to be decorations. It’s Ellen!
Inside, the family was gifted with a new barbecue, new luggage, a gift basket full of toys, a ton of decorations, and even more.
Oh, there’s more.

They also got a new fireplace, a tree with all the trimmings, an iMac, a bike, stockings, and a whole pile of presents under the tree.
Ellen didn’t stop there, though.
Oh, there’s even MORE.

She made everyone put on elf ears and play telephone.
She passed along a secret message: “If bubbly and beautiful Jen Aniston doesn’t botch this, my next gift to this sweet family is $150,000.”
Say WHAT.

They obviously lost it.
Everyone got hugs, there was a lot of crying, and the audience went wild. It actually is so happy and cheerful that it makes you want to cry from joy.
Hang on now.

Because there’s even more.
According to CNN, Ellen and Aniston kept the giving going for the Kimballs.
Aniston apparently gifted them an Eiffel Tower ornament, because it had been on their mom’s bucket list to visit Paris.
Which was a precursor to some huge presents.

First, Ellen gave them a gift to France.
Not to be outdone, Aniston upped it: they’re also going to Italy.
Ellen decided to top that with a trip to London.
And the final trip? A trip to Greece.
Gifts for everyone!

“You’re going to Europe for a month,” Ellen eventually told them.
Their family deserved those gifts so much. Ellen also gifted the whole audience with trips to the United Arab Emirates, as well!
Aaaaaand now we’re crying!
