With the final season of Game Of Thrones right around the corner, it’s only fitting that the cast members start collecting little mementos to remember their time spent on the show.
It’s fairly common for actors to take home props that may have sentimental value to them after a series they were apart of comes to a close.
And seeing as Game Of Thrones was such a hit, you can bet that the cast wasted no time picking out their souvenirs.

Maisie Williams took Arya’s brown jacket.
On the last day of shooting, Maisie was given Arya Stark’s famous brown jacket. But in terms of actually stealing anything off set, Maisie let things be.
“In terms of actually taking something, I didn’t take anything other than a lot of dirt in my hair and under my fingernails,” she said .
Other “Game Of Thrones” stars have opted for something less tangible and more permanent to commemorate their time on the show: Tattoos.
Emilia Clarke has recently revealed plans to get a dragon-themed tattoo in honor of Khaleesi.
Jason Momoa, played the role of Khal Drogo, warlord of the Dothraki people.

Although Jason was only on apart of the series for, mainly just the first season, his role was still incredibly important.
His exit from the show was planned from the beginning, since Drogo dies at the end of the first book.
Everyone was sorry to see him go. But he did make a cameo appearance at the very end of season two — which was a very pleasant surprise.
Jason, by far, chose the most bizarre prop to take home with him after the final day of shooting.
I’m warning you all now, it’s super gross.
You may never look at him the same.
The item he took is way back from season one.
It came from the scene where Drogo ripped out the tongue of a member of his khalasar, through the man’s throat.
Turns out that particular scene was one of the first scenes in the show that hadn’t appeared in the books.
And apparently, it was all his idea .
“I think it was one of the first scenes that was never in the book … I always wanted to see [Drogo] go to battle. I didn’t want to do some elaborate fight scene,” Jason said.
“I think it’s [just as] intimidating to whisper in someone’s ear and go, ‘Stop that.’ You can just parry; I don’t need to do any fight moves. Then you just take the guy’s sword and slice his throat out,” he added .
The typical and logical souvenir to take home from that scene would probably be the sword, one might think.
It’s the sword that was used to slice open the guy’s throat and take out his tongue.
Seems like a no brainer.
But, no. Jason wanted a souvenir with even more of a story behind it.
He didn’t want just an ordinary prop — he wanted something he could use to creep people out until the end of time.
Drumroll, please…
He took the throat and tongue combo.
“I’m a big fan of taking the things that I worked with,” he said , adding: “So I have the souvenir of the tongue and the throat. That’s just on my desk.”
My question is what does he plan to do with this prop, exactly?
I have a feeling that he’s going to put it in a glass case and hang it on the wall over his bed or something.
Well, now I’ve seen everything.
I really don’t think that Jason could have chosen a weirder, more repulsive souvenir as a way to bid farewell to Game Of Thrones .
