Is humor subjective? Absolutely. You’re unlikely to have the exact same sense of humor as somebody else.
That said, humor is also universal . So even if your sense of humor doesn’t totally vibe with someone else’s, there are probably at least a few ways in which you can find comedic common ground.

I always admire people who are committed to doing something like this, year after year. When I get together with my friends, I never remember to take even a candid pic.
“Where can I get myself these leggings, so I can roll myself out of bed and to work.”
This Amazon review went viral, and for good reason. Who wouldn’t want clothes that can stand up to getting stuck on rocks and trees?
“Salty.”
Salt Bae is known for throwing just the right amount of salt, a pinch really, onto the plate. Salt trucks are known for vomiting huge piles of salt all over the place. Still, the salt connection is still there.
“The circle is complete.”
My mom worked for the phone company, so we had a home phone with a fancy display way back in, like, 1997. At the time, I didn’t think that phone technology could possibly move much further.
“I did a shoot for a local casino, somehow made a face like I just smelled a fart, and they decided to use that shot for their ads.”
If you’re a stock model like this guy, you just kind of have to accept whatever photos they wind up using.
“My birthday cake this year.”
Life as a millennial adult is basically just remembering random references with your friends in between juggling various low-paying jobs, so I can see why this SpongeBob-themed cake would be a big hit.

Many religions aim to convert unbelievers to bring them into the flock. I never knew the precise mechanism for doing this, but here’s a rare look at the device Catholics use to bring people in.

The first couple of weeks after changing the clocks never feel quite right thanks to your internal clock. If you’ve got pets, this feeling is only amplified by their internal clocks. Best practice advice: just fill their bowls.

Everyone’s been in a situation at one point where they really wish they’d brought a pair of sunglasses. This pic is such a great encapsulation of this feeling that yes, it truly should be an ad.

What is that word supposed to be? Glass? Brass? I’m having a hard time with this one. Maybe it was intended to be an ass clarinet all along, and maybe I should stop judging.

Domesticated dogs have a way of being fearless heroes one moment and craven cowards the next. Here’s a fine example of this duality.

I appreciate the dad humor here, so long as it truly is dad humor. If this isn’t theoretical, but literal, it may have been posted by a serial killer. Dad or serial killer: could go either way, really.

I’m guessing little Zoe has had her worldview shaped by someone who doesn’t really respect the army that much, but has endless respect for the Air Force. I wonder what she thinks of the Navy.

This photo proves that just about anything can be a doorstop, even a doorstop that’s still in its original packaging. This is thinking outside the box while staying inside the box.
