There’s nothing worse than falling in love with a show on Netflix, only to realize it’s been canceled, or worse — its future is up in the air!
I have trust issues from a lot of things: my cellphone, my Facebook account, my own family members — so what I don’t need is more drama from MORE SOURCES!

Therefore, this is my plea to the universe to please, please give us deserving citizens another season of the amazing Netflix series, Virgin River .
If you’re new to Netflix, let me be the first to say they have a lot of shows that are bad.
It’s not that I’m picky with the shows I like, I just want to watch quality television, is that so hard?! So when my friend suggested I check out Virgin River I was hesitant at first, but after the first few episodes, I was instantly hooked!
And it’s not just because former Grey’s Anatomy star Martin Henderson is in it.
The show follows a nurse practitioner named Melinda as she moves from Los Angeles to a remote Northern California town. I know it sounds kind of boring but I promise, it’s GOOD!
There’s nothing like putting on a good show, enjoying a cup of tea (or wine, I’m not here to judge), and wrapping Christmas gifts from “Santa” during this time of year!
Now that I’ve whipped through the first two seasons, I’m WAITING to hear about the third!
Thankfully for you all, I’ve put on my detective cap and done some intense Google searches for some details. After a few popups and some scary spam sites, I think I’ve found our answer!
According to the website What’s On Netflix , the series was renewed for a third season and was due to start filming this year.
Sadly, nothing is set in stone, but that seems like a rumor I can believe in.
In classic 2020 fashion, this is all we know so far! I think it’s safe to say the universe is testing our patience these days.
I mean, if I really wanted to know more about the show, I could just pick up a Virgin River book, because it did start out as a book series.
However, that just sounds like a lot of work these days.
However, I’m sure they won’t leave us hanging for too much longer, especially if the rumors of Netflix upping their prices are true!
No way I’m paying more money a month if there’s no season three of Virgin River ! Who do they think I am, the QUEEN?! I’m not made of money ya know!
