There are few things cooler than seeing the people you love be in love. Like real, true, genuine love. It’s awesome. And sure, we maybe don’t know celebrities personally, but we know a lot about their lives and can feel happiness, and sadness, for them.
So when fans saw Brian Austin Green getting slammed for being happy, a lot of fans didn’t take to that well.
If you didn’t know already, Brian Austin Green is super in love with his “Dancing with the Stars” professional girlfriend Sharna Burgess.

The pair took their love to the infamous DWTS ballroom and lasted until this past week when the pair were voted off in a surprise double elimination.
The two were criticized for their PDA in their final dance Monday night, where the pair danced the waltz to the song “Someday My Prince Will Come.”
Despite the fairy-tale vibe the performance gave off, judge Len Goodman thought the routine focused more on “kissing and cuddling and messing about” than dance.
“I wanted to see a much more traditional waltz,” the 77-year-old added.
Fellow judge Bruno Tonioli agreed, saying, “Sometimes too much sweetness gives you a toothache.”
In addition to the judge’s critiques, some people on social media echoed similar statements.
The harsh feedback did not go over well with fans, who were quick to defend the actor.
“They picked the song choice and dance style for Brian and Sharna and then criticized them for it being a romantic dance. SMH,” one fan tweeted .
“Plus, if you watched Sharna’s IG stories [over the weekend] Brian has neurological issues that make it difficult for him to learn choreo … learning two dances is especially hard for him,” they added.
Following the pair’s elimination Tuesday night, fans took to Sharna’s Instagram to defend the couple.
“Sharna I honestly think you and brian are doing a great job I’m so tired of seeing the hate comments about u two I can honestly say there are so couples on that show,” one fan wrote .
“You don’t love too much!!! That is impossible. I enjoy watching you dance knowing the emotion is real and not just for the show…” said another.
While it’s clear these two weren’t everyone’s cup of tea, they sure were a lot of people’s shot of whiskey.
I, for one, will miss seeing their real-life chemistry on the dance floor.
