One Tree Hill star and country singer Jana Kramer has been open with fans about her husband, Mike Caussin’s, sex addiction since 2019. The couple hasn’t been shy and shared the highs and lows of Mike’s addiction in a series of tell-all interviews as well as on their podcast, Whine Down.
Now, Jana is sharing an emotional new post detailing the ups and downs of a relationship’s recovery.
As fans may recall, Jana and Mike’s tied the knot back in 2016.
Jana first learned of her husband’s numerous affairs when she was pregnant with their first child, daughter Jolie.
The couple decided to work through their issues after a brief separation while Mike attended a rehabilitation program.
These details and more were documented in the pair’s recently published book, “The Good Fight.”
For better or for worse, Jana is often vocal about the pair’s relationship woes on Instagram.

Jana and Mike are now committed to making it work for themselves and their two small children.
However, the road to trust is never easy. Now, Jana is getting candid with her 2 million followers after posting an emotional new selfie.
“Nothing is perfect. This was a few weeks ago in Canada,” she captioned the selfie.
“I took this picture to almost remind myself that even though in the moment it seems like everything is doomed it’s not.”
“We talked about our blow up on this weeks podcast and I think it’s an important one for everyone to hear.”
“No relationship is perfect and when blow ups or fights happen sometimes we believe it’s done and over but really it’s a moment for growth and more understanding and to lean into your partner.”
She continued:
“Now when you’re in the middle of the fire it’s hard to lean in and see that but just know it’s not the end of the world. And we all have these moments so ur not alone.”
“Fights happen. No relationship is perfect. Now the Important thing is in the end are you fighting the good fight together?”
She then directed fans to click a link in her bio to learn more about the pair’s fight.
Many of Jana’s fans were encouraging to songstress to leave her husband in the comments.
“Literally Jana sign the papers he is not worth it. This is too dramatic for the world to keep up with please stop or leave him,” wrote one fan.
“Girl I have to ask and it’s a solid question I’m sure you’ve asked yourself. Is it worth it?”
“Do you really want to put a lifelong effort into building something this damn stressful?” asked another.
“Sometimes you just have to throw in the towel and straighten your crown and move on,” they added.
Of course, others were a bit more harsh.

“I think you really need to think long and hard if it’s all worth. Does it make you happy? Kids happy?” asked another.
