Redditors judge family’s fake meat prank, AITA?

Family’s prank with fake meat backfires
In a family with both vegetarians and meat-eaters, the concept of meat alternatives has been a topic of discussion. The husband and son in the family are not fans of tofu or any other meat alternatives, while the daughters are vegetarians. To save time and effort, the daughters decided to pull a prank by making two pots of spaghetti sauce, both with soy ground beef, and telling the father and son that one was real meat. The prank backfired when everyone loved dinner and the father and son finished their plates. The youngest daughter couldn’t keep the secret and revealed the prank, leading to upset feelings. The family is now questioning if the prank was a bit too far. What do you think? Share your thoughts and reactions below.
