It was recently revealed that Eminem was the victim of a home invasion last month in his home in Detroit.
There’s truly nothing scarier than the idea of someone breaking into your home.

Even celebrities like Eminem, who have 24-hour security systems, can fall victim to this crime.
It was reported that the break-in happened around 4 in the morning on Sunday, April 5th.

Police reported the suspected intruder Matthew David Hughes smashed a brick into the singer’s window in order to gain entry.
The 47-year-old was home at the time of the intrusion.
A spokesperson for Eminem confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that the rapper did detain the intruder.
Hughes was charged with first-degree home invasion and malicious destruction of property between $1,000 and $20,000 for the April 5th incident.
Hughes is being held on a $50,000 bond at the Macomb County Jail.
