Everyone’s dealt with some workplace drama at one time or another. We always hope that things can be resolved amicably, but this isn’t always the case. When things get truly ugly, accusations get thrown around, people get fired and occasionally, there are legal repercussions.
It seems like one Domino’s pizza location is heading towards the latter route.
A Domino’s employee has had enough.

The unnamed employee set up a TikTok, @dominosdiscriminates , where they’ve logged various grievances against their managers — and shared their greasy behavior with the world in the process.
It all went down at a Domino’s location in Las Vegas.

We don’t know too much about the whole situation, other than the fact that the store is in Vegas and that the employee who runs the TikTok account thinks his managers are incompetent and discriminatory.
The videos have racked up all sorts of views.

The account itself has less than two thousand followers, but it’s racked up over 100,000 likes and thousands of comments. Most of the TikToks have been viewed tens of thousands of times.
The managers are accused of doing un-managerial stuff.

It’s important to point out that we’re going solely on the word of the employee who set up the TikTok, and that it’s impossible to know the whole story from just a few pics and videos. For instance, in this pic, the managers may have been on a break.
That said, the employee did bring the receipts in the form of photographic evidence.
Well, this doesn’t look appetizing.

There are generally some ugly sights behind the scenes when you work in food service, and this doesn’t look particularly out of the ordinary. I’m not sure if any food and safety laws are technically being violated. Still, it’s disorganized and looks pretty gross.
Managers are playing video games.

Here’s another example of context being important. This seems like an entirely appropriate activity if both managers are on their break. But if they’re doing this while on the clock, while customers are lined up, it would be inexcusable.
Pizza sauce on a trash can!

Again, this might not technically violate any regulations, but it’s a gross sight. I mean, set that sauce down on almost any other surface, because putting it on a trash can just comes off as disgusting.
Things get ugly.

We can confirm that in this audio recording, someone does unfortunately say the n-word. It’s impossible to verify whether it’s a Domino’s manager or not, but it’s still shameful behavior.
In other TikToks, @dominosdiscriminates calls out specific managers and employees by name, but we’re going to leave those out.
It’s tough to know what to do with this information.

There is indeed a lot to unpack here, and it’s tough to know what’s really going on when we’re only getting one side of the story.
Where there’s smoke, there’s usually fire, and the employee created this TikTok account for a reason, so there’s likely some genuine friction at this Domino’s.
They keep posting.

The account is just getting started, really, and will likely post more videos in the days and weeks to come. So if you’re the kind of person who loves observing drama, following @dominosdiscriminates is probably a good idea.
