Yes! For all of you that thought this movie was gone forever, it’s finally coming back to Disney+!
Whether it’s because the legacy laws have been lifted, or something greater, the bottom line is: people are just happy to have it return to them.

Disney+ has been pretty good the last couple of months.
The Mandalorian was a total and complete jam.
Having most of the seasons of Recess is also pretty cool (but seriously Disny+, why wouldn’t you just give us the whole series?)
But there’s one little issue with the service…
They, occasionally, take movies off of the streaming platform without warning.
At least that’s what happened to movies like Dr. Dolittle , Strange Magic , and Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides .
It also happened to “The Sandlot”.
Yes, the movie that everyone loves about boyish friendship and, above all else, baseball was taken off Disney+ last month with no rhyme or reason.
Some blame a legacy law or something, but the rest of us blame Disney.
But now the blaming can stop!
Because on this day, it was announced that The Sandlot would officially be coming back to Disney+ on February 1st!
So if you were upset about it being taken away from you, you’re favorite movie will return soon!
