Lots of people are looking forward to the Batwoman CW series.
But when there’s a lot of love for something, there’s also a lot of hate for it. Especially if it involves a woman lead.

And so, of course, people have a lot to say.
If you paid attention to Brie Larson facing backlash for Captain Marvel , this situation will feel pretty similar to you.
In the trailer she said that she doesn’t want Batman to get the credit for her work.
Which seems pretty fair to me.
But a lot of DC fans thought she was being disrespectful to Batman, and so the comments began.
The trailer got a bunch of hateful comments.
People were saying the trailer basically just promoted hatred towards straight white men.
People were also saying it promoted the feminist agenda.
Remember kids, Batwoman has existed before television.
She has always been an amazing character, and it’s great for young girls to see themselves on screen.
