David Attenborough is set to host a series of lessons for children on the wonders of our planet for the BBC, and the world is more than hyped for it!
As social isolation procedures continue, more and more people are looking for ways to pass the time.

I’m sure that you have seen plenty of people sharing all of their great ideas to get in shape or learn a new skill while you’re self-isolating; however, not everyone wants to be exercising and getting ripped in their own home thank you very much Allan!
However, there is one person that can get anyone excited about the prospect of learning.
And that person is none other than living icon David Attenborough.

It has been confirmed that David Attenborough will be leading a series of geography classes, and as someone whose least favourite subject was geography, it says something about his sway over humanity that even I am excited about this!
The classes will be a part of the BBC’s Bitesize Daily, the BBC’s newly launched daily education website.
The programmes are designed to keep kids learning while they are stuck at home.

As a lot of parents are facing the challenge of keeping their kids education on track while they cannot attend school, and the BBC hopes to help out by showing educational programs every day on their Bitesize Daily website .
Attenborough’s shows will look at the world, as well as looking at animals and how they interact with the world around them.
And, though they may be aimed at kids I’m sure there will be a fair few adults tuning in as well!
There will also be some other big names teaching classes alongside Attenborough!

Joining Attenborough in teaching classes for Bitesize Daily will be Manchester City footballer, Sergio Agüero. Agüero will be teaching kids to count in Spanish.
Doctor Who’s Jodie Whittaker, Liam Payne, and a whole host of other stars are confirmed to be teaching classes to the nation’s children as well, according to LadBible .
I, for one, cannot wait!

Sure, it may be aimed at kids, but I would listen to David Attenborough narrate paint drying, and so you can be sure that I will be tuning in. Also, why would you not want to learn something about the wonderful planet that we live on and the amazing creatures in it?
Also, I’ve watched Planet Earth so many times now that I could write the script, so I really need some more Attenborough goodness!
