This trend started with one popular makeup artist showing her Instagram followers her Christmas wreath-inspired eyes and the look literally took off.
It has since then spawned a slew of makeup lovers who set out to recreate this festive look.
And I have to say, the results are nothing short of amazing.
If you’re creative enough I think you can definitely replicate this look yourself.
You just have to follow a few simple steps, and that’s all there is to it.
First, you need to create a base for your makeup such as putting green eyeshadow around the creases of your eyes.
Then you decorate it as you like, using other eyeshadow colors or liquid eyeliner.
The beauty of this look lies within the fact that you can keep it as simple or as elaborate as you see fit.
So just play around with it.
Some people literally go to town and start decking their eyes with some extra elements like red bows and all things festive.
I think that’s what is so cool about this trend.
While others opt to stick to a much more demure design.
