For a while, it seemed like Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan were going to have a smooth divorce proceeding,
Both Channing and Jenna have moved onto different relationships and both seem very happy and in love with their new partners.
However, new reports are claiming the pair have been having co-parenting issues over their daughter, Everly.
TMZ reported Jenna was “stunned and super upset” when Channing filed legal documents on Tuesday to ask the judge to arrange a holiday custody schedule.
TMZ called it grandstanding because Jenna had already signed off on the entire schedule, while their Channing sources counter that Jenna agreed to some of the schedule, but not all of it, hence why Channing went to a judge.
Communication with their six-year-old has allegedly also become a point of contention.
TMZ reports that when one parent has Everly, that parent has to allow the other parent to FaceTime with her every day.
However, their Jenna sources say that Channing isn’t allowing her to FaceTime.
They also claim that when Jenna has Everly, Channing almost never FaceTime’s with her.
However TMZ’s Channing sources are claiming this info is false. They say that Channing does indeed FaceTime with Everly when she’s with Jenna, but claim that Jenna’s so difficult, Channing just FaceTime’s through their nanny.
Jenna’s rep, Nicole Perna, told TMZ that “Jenna’s priority has always been, and continues to be, her daughter’s well-being.”
