Ashley Graham stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to chat about pregnancy, her Vogue cover, and her wild af baby shower. And now I definitely have a ton of new ideas for future baby showers.
Ashley Graham announced her pregnancy on her anniversary.
It was so freakin’ cute. She and her husband celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary while sharing with the world that they’re expecting a baby!

She’s been super open during her pregnancy.
This video is such a perfect example of who she is. She stopped mid-workout to record the struggle of not having workout pants to fit over her belly, and asked for recommendations from moms.
I love her.
She revealed what she’s having on “Ellen.”
Because of course she did!
During a rapid-fire question period, Ashley revealed that she’s been naked in front of everyone, she has a crush on Steve Carell, and she’s having a baby boy!
She had her baby shower in early November.
Instead of pink and blue balloons and tons of gender-themed things, Ashley went for a more unique baby shower.
She celebrated her impending addition — no, not the baby. She’s adding the title of “mom” to her impressive roster.
She stopped by Jimmy Kimmel to talk about her non-traditional baby shower.
Boy, I’ll say. Her shower involved her legit twerking.
I highkey wish I’d been at that shower, tbh. No one knows how to party like Ashley Graham does, even while pregnant.
Her baby shower sounded lit.
Ashley asked Jimmy if he’d ever been to a baby shower, which he hadn’t.
He remarked that baby showers typically weren’t for men, which is crazy! Ashley thought so, too, so she changed the tradition up.
Gender norms? Ashley hasn’t heard of them.
“Well, that is traditional that you don’t have the guy go to the baby shower,” she said.
Instead, she had husband Justin Ervin there to celebrate with her. That’s the way to do it!
Her shower didn’t involve the typical games, either.
“It was co-ed, there was no diapers that you sniff to figure out what’s inside. Girls, you know what I’m saying, right?” The women in the audience cheered immediately, which just confused Jimmy.
Brief pause.

“Basically, you melt different chocolate bars into diapers, and then people take turns guessing —”
Okay, we’ve got it.
This is ALSO my reaction to that idea.
Ashley briefly explained what the game was.
“You put candy in diapers and then you have to sniff what candy it is. And like sometimes they open up gifts, it’s really weird.”
Idk if gift opening is weird, but the diaper game? Super weird.
She went for something more fun.
“So, at my baby shower, we had piercings, tattoos, we were handing out vag cream from Frida baby.”
Come through, brand promotion! You know their sales went up after that mention.
That checks out, because Ashley has a LOT of piercings.
As Jimmy pointed out, her ear is full of them.
“I have 17 holes…in my ears.” ASHLEY. THE PHRASING.
The whole audience lost it at her pause. And so did Jimmy. And so did Ashley.
Anyway, they did something amazing at the shower!
“But we also had onesies that everybody decorated, and we donated them to Moms In Need, so it was really special.”
That’s such a great idea for a baby shower, especially for a celebrity one!
They had to pause for a minute…
“Sorry, I just have to adjust,” she said, yanking up her dress. “I think his head is, like, on my bladder.”
This is a general PSA for all pregnant people: do whatever weird thing you do to make yourselves comfortable! That ish looks hard enough to do without adding awkward clothes in the mix!
She gave a timeline update, too.
“I’ve got one month left. I just can’t wait.”
“You’re doing great! You’re doing great!” Jimmy reassured her a ton that she was doing amazing, which was really cool to see.
