An Arizona educator, Samantha Peer, and her husband recently lost their jobs for filming an OnlyFans video in class. They claimed it was a side hustle necessary to supplement their meager teachers’ salaries. They’ve now gone viral for losing their jobs.
Leaving The Education Sector
Unfortunately, they’ll have to make it their main hustle or find another primary career, as the OnlyFans account has cost them their livelihood.
Keeping Work And Personal Lives Separate
While the government and education sector don’t police private lives, they have the right to interfere when it spills over into the professional lives of their employees.
Creating A Pseudonym

Peer opened her OnlyFans account under the pseudonym Khloe Karter and filmed a video with her husband, Dillion, on a student’s desk. Dillion was also a school teacher for fourth grade at Nautilus Elementary, while his wife taught science at Thunderbolt Middle School.
The Account Leaked Amongst Parents And Students
Somehow their account identity leaked amongst the students who made it viral until it reached the higher-ups in the school district. According to a video from Peer, they pressured her into resigning on October 31, 2022.
Prioritizing Her Children

The schoolteacher told her side of the story explaining that the OnlyFans account was a secondary source of income for her family. Peer said her children are a top priority, but she and Dillon couldn’t cater to them well due to the long hours spent in school.
Her Side Of The Story
She added that her professional credentials remain robust as she became a master science specialist and teacher in the elementary school. She worked there for five years without a salary increase prompting her to find extra sources of income.
Picking Up Extra Work
She mentored a group of new teachers and picked up other extra-curricular activities outside of her contractual time to make ends meet. Peer didn’t think it was fair that the school used her time indiscriminately and dismissed her over the OnlyFans incident.
Doing Her Best To Be Preemptive

Peer pulled out the facts too by noting Arizona is the 50th state with the lowest teacher salary. She blocked Arizona on her account to prevent people in the state from accessing her OnlyFans page.
Separating Her Private And Professional Lives

Peer surmises that she took the necessary precautions to separate her professional life from her private one. Unfortunately, a community member revealed her secret to the school authorities on Oct. 24.
Hostile Work Environment
Peer accused the school’s leadership of creating a hostile work environment between her and her co-workers and taking advantage of her slip-up to boot her out.
Pressure To Resign
Peer wasn’t fired, but the superintendent allegedly told her to quietly resign if she wanted the school to keep the situation private.
Dillon Lost His Job
Her husband, Dillon, also got paid administrative leave from his school because someone reported him to the faculty. Later, he received his termination letter because he was a temp worker.
Students Learned After The School
Peer said the students didn’t follow her alias account before the school found out so, “endangering” them wasn’t good enough grounds for “convincing her to resign.”
Parents Are Furious
There are no criminal charges filed against Peer by the district. Parents want her punished saying blocking Arizona wasn’t enough preemptive action from Peer as an “Easy Google Search” could’ve revealed her account.
