Look, before I say anything, let’s be clear— I love Adam Sandler. Remember The Wedding Singer ?! Those were the good ol’ days!
Did I watch Hubie Halloween ? Yes. Did I enjoy it? Yes. Did I think it would rank as the #1 movie on Netflix of the WHOLE DANG YEAR?! Absolutely not.

*Hubie Halloween* is a quintessential Adam Sandler film. It was, goofy, ridiculous and made you feel all warm and fuzzy inside!
The film was met with mixed reviews from fans and critics alike.
However, I will say if you like goofy Adam Sandler movies and are not ready to start celebrating Christmas, be sure to check out Hubie Halloween!
It’s clear this movie was a passion project for Sandler, who included many of his closest friends and even his wife, in the film.
The movie includes A LOT of cameos from funny people like Kevin James, Maya Rudolph, Kenan Thompson, Tim Meadows, and Steve Buscemi!
It looks like all that hard work has paid off, since *Hubie Halloween* has been named the #1 Netflix film of the year!
