What kind of person would make mean and hurtful comments about another human being in their most vulnerable state? A mean and hurtful person, that’s who. And what kind of person would allow this to happen to them over and over again? A kind that doesn’t know how to stand up for themselves. A mother of a newborn shared how she finally snapped at her husband at their family dinner — and how she fears she “ruined Christmas” for everyone as a result. The OP shared how her husband, who she calls HP in the story, has been making “observations” about her body ever since she had their son months ago. He never says any hurtful words but the impact of his “passive stuff” has been incredibly damaging. So much so that when he made yet another comment about her waist getting wider during family dinner, she just had enough and lost it. Scroll down for the full story and see how the internet reacted to it all.

Caught in the middle of a heated argument, will the couple be able to make amends or are they destined for divorce?

She’s had enough and shouts, “Shut the up about my body!”

After months of her husband’s indirect body observations, one woman had had enough. His comments about her post-pregnancy body finally reached the tipping point and she lost it, yelling ‘shut the f*** up about my body!’ in the middle of dinner. She now feels like an idiot and wonders if she was in the wrong for her reaction. Read on to find out how others reacted.
