Disney World is known as the most magical place on Earth. For many parents and families, it truly is magic. Kids go there to make memories and have experiences with their families and have moments that will last forever. It’s a place that many people go, but most of all, children are scattered around the park, running and looking for their favorite characters.
While Disney is a family place, many adults go there too.

Disney is a family place where tons of people love to go with their families, but tons of adults go there, too.
A lot of people never really outgrow the joy and magic of loving Disney and all of the wonders that go along with it.

There are a few staples of Disney that everyone knows, even if you’ve never been to the parks.
From Mickey and Minnie Mouse to the castle in the middle of Magic Kingdom, there are a few staples of Disney World that we all know and recognize immediately.

One of the biggest ones is the “D” that the company use for Disney.
The calligraphy “D” is a staple the company.

The “D” that is written in fancy calligraphy is something that everyone knows and recognizes immediately, even if it’s not the exact word “Disney.” You can have the “D” on a specific shirt and everyone will recognize it right away.
Recently, however, there have been some controversy with the “D” in the Disney World park.

With the reopening of Disney World and Disney parks, there has been some controversy amongst park goers. According to parents, they have been really unhappy that adults going to the park have been using the calligraphy “D” in inappropriate ways.
Some people have been wearing shirts that imply sexual things.

Some couples have been wearing shirts that say “She wants the D” or “I want the D” using the calligraphy that is synonymous with Disney World.
Many parents are not happy with this, as their young children are walking around the park, and many can read.
Some people have been sharing photos of it on Twitter.
Twitter user Sam Carter posted a picture of a couple wearing matching t-shirts, saying “D is for Don’t.”
The couple, whose face is edited out of the photo, is holding hands with the matching shirts, surrounded by kids.
Many people online thought it was a bit stupid.
A lot of people thought it was in poor taste or tacky to wear to a theme park where you know you are going to be surrounded by kids.
Others said it was just inappropriate.
Others said that it’s only inappropriate if you think it’s inappropriate.
Which is definitely a hot take considering the reactions online.
Many people were saying that if your mind goes there on its own, then maybe you just have a dirty mind.
They also added if “teens get it, they’re already doing sexual things or making sexual jokes.”
Another said people “get offended by everything.”
Another added on Twitter that people get offended by everything,” and those little kids would have no idea what it even means, so why should parents be so annoyed by it in the first place.
Unless they “explain it,” they won’t know.
Disney has yet to issue a statement, however on their website, they do have some rules.
Yes, it’s true. Disney has a code of conduct all guests have to abide by.
On Disney’s website, they say that they have the right to remove individuals who wear or partake inappropriate activities that they deem offensive.

If someone in the park says that it’s inappropriate, they can tell them to remove it.
In addition, some online say Disney has been giving out shirts.

Some say that Disney has been giving out “free t-shirts” to guests who are wearing inappropriate shirts to the park. So, there are some guests who are trying to gain some free shirts by wearing inappropriate shirts now, regardless.
