One of the worst parts of growing up, in my opinion, was that my friends and I all stopped having slumber parties and sleepovers. For some people, however, that party never ends, even after marriage, and to be honest, I’m a little jealous about it.
Jennifer Lawrence is apparently one of those people, and the fact that she’s married now hasn’t stopped her at all.
Actress Jennifer Lawrence is famous for a few things.
Of course, she’s an Oscar-winning actress known for her work in Joy, The Hunger Games, Silver Linings Playbook and tons more, but she’s also known for saying whatever she wants when she wants to.
Jennifer has been known to stay relatively quiet when it comes to her online presence.
In fact, she doesn’t even have social media, except for a Twitter account that is only used to promote Represent Us .
So for those who haven’t been following her all that closely, you might not know that Jennifer is a married woman!
She and Cooke Maroney tied the knot back in October of 2019.
Jennifer recently joined comedian Heather McMahan on her “Absolutely Not” Podcast where they discussed anything and everything.
In between talking about her love languages and how she’s dealing with the pandemic, she also touched on her relationships with her friends and husband.
She revealed that slumber parties with her friends are still very much a thing.
She says that she still has slumber parties at least once a week, and honestly, that sounds pretty amazing.
“I never know the end of the hangout,” Jennifer joked about her most recent slumber party.
“My friend came over and it was not planned, but she ended up spending the night and we slept in my bed and my husband slept in our guest room,” Jennifer explained, adding that, “he knows the drill.”

Jennifer explained that her best friend inspired her to not give up having slumber parties once she got married.
“My best friend in the entire world, we used to have sleepovers all the time and then she got married when we were pretty young. I was 24 and I was like, ‘Well, I understand. It’s going to change. You’re going to get married.’ She was like, ‘Oh, it’s not,’” Jennifer said.
“I love a girly slumber!” she joked.
