1. This Gold Mine
I bet you would celebrate too if you found 83 of these old gold coins. Apparently, each one is worth about $300! Wow, that’s almost $25,000. Not too shabby for one day’s work. Am I right?
2. This Briefcase
What would you do if you found a locked alligator briefcase hidden in your home? Would you pry it open? Heck, I would be wary of doing that. That’s pretty much how Jumanji started, so good luck with that.
3. This Hardwood Floor
Honestly, when you move into an old 1910 house, you never know what you might find. These folks were pretty thrilled to discover beautiful hardwood floors under all this mess. After restoring them, they look as gorgeous as new.
4. These Old Mailboxes
So, these folks were renovating their studio, and to their surprise, they found these old walled-in mailboxes. I mean, how does that even happen? Why would they be there? And what’s inside of them? I have so many questions now, ha, ha!
5. This Old Drawing
Let me ask you a question: if you found this beautiful old drawing in your bathroom, would you paint over it? Sadly, this person’s dad wants to paint it over with blue paint. Hmm, that’s not a good idea. Is it?
6. This Minton And Hollis Floor
These folks were pleasantly surprised to find this hidden Minton and Hollis floor design underneath vinyl tiles. After 12 months of hard work, they look almost like brand new. Wow, isn’t that amazing or what?

So this person recently moved into a little Queen Anne house. Upon further inspection, they found something really interesting. Hidden underneath drywall were these stunning pocket doors. Oh my! That is indeed one cool find.

So, technically, this isn’t a find in somebody’s house but an old church. But I just had to put it on the list because of how creepy it is. It’s an old crypt with an actual body in it. Yikes!
13. This Secret Safe
Do you ever fantasize that you uncover a hidden safe in your house? Hee-hee, one can dream, right? Well, somebody did find a safe in their old home and haven’t opened it yet? I want to know what’s inside so bad, ha, ha!
14. This Wasp’s Nest
If there’s one critter you hate the most, what would it be? For me, it’s definitely wasps. Ugh, I can’t stand them. So if I found this wasp’s nest underneath the drywall, I would get the hell out of there and fast. OMG!
