Life is full of annoyances, big and small. We’re not here to delve into the big annoyances today, because big annoyances are a big topic. Instead, we want to talk about some of the smaller , dumber annoyances the world has to offer, because they’re somehow the most annoying of all.
“Mildly infuriating that a restaurant would need to put a sign up because of TikToks.”
I don’t want to say that TikTok is a plague that should be eradicated from the planet, but that said, we didn’t see signs like this before TikTok existed.

I love when the designer of a product takes the instructions literally. The only way this could be funnier would be if “COMPANYLOGO.PNG” was printed on the pen as well. Ah well, a pen’s a pen.
“The cable guy installed the cable through our hula hoop that we left out.”

I’ll bet this cable guy knew exactly what he was doing. He knew that, one day, the residents of this house would have to choose between cable and hula hooping.
“My husband doesn’t want the case to get scratched and cause an ‘eyesore.'”
I don’t understand peopl who do this. First off, that plastic looks like crap. Second, it’s incredibly satisfying to peel off that layer and see the glossy finish underneath.

Look at this pic. Look very carefully. That cable isn’t nearly as long as you might think. In fact, it looks like it’s a short cable accompanied by a series of unrelated concentric circles of cable.
“Looks like I won’t be listening to my new vinyl record. Thanks, USPS.”
You’d think the person who delivered this would recognize that this is an LP and, as such, shouldn’t be bent. I guess the recipient will have to be satisfied with two halves of a record.
“My wife never fully screws the lids back onto anything…”
It’s weird how refrigerators can become battlegrounds. Things like this shouldn’t be as annoying as they are, but, well, they’re extremely annoying. Just take an extra half second and screw the lid on properly.
“My disappointment is immeasurable.”
It’s downright criminal how this bag of Starburst only has four pink squares. Pink is the best flavor. Yellow, which everyone can agree is the worst flavor, is the most prevalent in this bag. There’s no justice in the world.
“Both things happened to me today.”
The bottle thing is kind of common. It’s super annoying, but not the end of the world. Breaking your key off in the lock, on the other hand, is the kind of thing that’ll ruin your whole week.
“Sunlight through the window melted my keyboard.”
I’m not going to act like this is a common problem that we’ve all dealt with or anything. That said, after studying this pic for a bit, I can confirm that it would be annoying to have this happen.
“Ordered 27 books from Amazon on a single order. Got 27 boxes with 1 book each delivered.”
This is kind of the Amazon experience in a nutshell: order a bunch of stuff for a suspiciously cheap price, get it suspiciously quickly, and receive it in a suspicious number of boxes.
“Threw my swatter at a fly. Don’t ask questions because I dont have answers.”
I have questions, many of them in fact. But OP specifically said they don’t want questions, so I guess I’ll have to keep them to myself. This will remain a mystery.

It would be cool if there was a cheaper, aesthetically pleasing, more natural way to get shade! Imagine if there was something we could just, like, plant! Unfortunately, it seem like an impossible dream.

I know this is kind of a cliche at this point, but seriously, can we not get bigger pockets on women’s pockets? It’s getting ridiculous at this point.

Some people are going to look at this pic and have no idea what’s going on. But if you know, you know. Fake PNG files are the scourge of Google image search and should be removed forever.

This is the kind of error that doesn’t hurt anybody. The pic gets the point across just fine. So why is it so annoying? I don’t have an answer for that, but it bugs me all the same.
“This neighborhood I saw on Google Maps really hits me hard.”
This neighborhood likely functions just fine. At street level, I doubt anybody even notices that things are misaligned just so. But seeing this from the air just drives home how unsatisfying the layout is.
“You guys hate carpet in the bathroom? I can one up that. My parents have a bathroom with carpet that goes up the bathtub walls! Bonus points for the terrible wallpaper.”
I’m not going to give bonus points for the terrible wallpaper, because I’m so focused on the terrible carpeting.
“The way my GF ‘puts away the groceries still in the bag.”
This is downright monstrous behavior. If everything in the bags is a frozen item, I could excuse it. But she’s straight-up putting bags of Doritos in the freezer. That clearly isn’t right.
“Somebody broke off the stalks of the asparagus to avoid paying the per-pound price for the parts they weren’t going to use.”
When you’re thrifty you’re thrifty, I suppose. It’s a shame this person couldn’t be bothered to dispose of the stalks.
