I used to be so great at gift wrapping and now I feel like I suck. LOL! I have no idea what changed. Maybe I just don’t have enough time or patience or both.
So if there’s an easier way to get through wrapping all those Christmas presents I’m all eyes and ears. Hopefully, these tips will help me and the rest of you who struggle with this.
1. Fold Paper Diagonally

If you ever cut a piece of wrapping paper too small to wrap the gift, don’t despair. Just place your gifts diagonally on the paper and voilà!
2. Dress Up That Plant

You can quickly dress up that plant you’re gifting to someone with some festive fabric that you can tie with an elastic band. So simple.
3. Make A Quick Bow

I’m always running out of gift bows so this easy step-by-step tutorial will definitely come in handy. It looks simple enough. No? I think so.
4. Use A Treat Bow

Why use just an ordinary bow to attach to your present? You can tie a chocolate treat instead. This is such a cool idea.
5. Use Newspapers To Wrap Presents

Or better yet, use the comics section as your wrapping paper. It’s not only recyclable, unlike wrapping paper, but also really fun to read.
6. Use Pringles Cans For Cookies

Don’t throw out those empty Pringles cans. You can use them to wrap cookies and other treats just like this. This is awesome.
7. Use Double-Sided Tape

You can use it to tape up the inside of the seems so they stay in place and your gifts won’t fall apart. Such a life-saver.
8. Make Custom Boxes

It’s hard to wrap oddly shaped items. But you shouldn’t worry about that because you can easily make a custom box just like this.
9. Use Family Photos Instead Of Gift Tags

That is the cutest and the most unique gift wrapping idea I’ve heard of. Who wouldn’t love to receive something like this?
10. Paint On The Bows

Honestly, if you don’t have time to buy or make your own bows you can just paint them right on the wrapping paper like this. Genius.
11. Use String Lights

If you really want your gift to shine why not just use tiny string lights to tie the wrapping paper? Wow, I’ve never seen this before.
12. Create Gift Bags Out Of Wrapping Paper

Who knew it was that easy to make gift bags out of gift wrap? I certainly didn’t. This looks simple and fun.
13. Make A Small Box Out Of Toilet Paper Roll

Who knew those empty toilet paper rolls could come in handy? This is a cool way to wrap small presents.
I hope all these awesome tips are going to help you become a gift wrapping pro in no time.
I know I can use all the help I can get.
