Everyone loves a good shopping adventure. When you get to order everything from the comfort of your own home, it makes it that much easier. Not having to drive to the store, walk around with a million other people, and wait in line are all pros of online shopping.
However, shopping online also leaves things open to some big boo-boos on the customer service front. When we get the package and open it only to see that it’s nothing like what we expected, it’s a whole other problem to deal with.

Wanting a new makeup chair for your station is a great idea, and this chair is pretty cute. But when it was received, it certainly was not a chair any human could fit into.

Prioritizing self-care and ordering face masks online seems like a good idea. But this face mask wouldn’t fit anyone. Maybe a small child (but, children shouldn’t have face masks on, to be honest).

Wanting to get a graphic t-shirt with your favorite brand or band is understandable. But this person got a graphic t-shirt with a tiny, tiny graphic which, let’s face it, stinks.

Brand names sometimes can run high when it comes to their prices so this person tried to cut corners and order a cheaper one online. Turns out, it’s a total bust — a Hanes sweatshirt with a Champion logo.

When you order sneakers, you may want to check that the source is totally secure. I don’t know what to do with two left shoes, but this person definitely won’t be starting off on the right foot!

This “very rare occasion” happens to be a reoccurring event that many, many people go through. This jacket isn’t even an over-sized and cute style. It’s just way too big for anyone to wear.

Material is super important when it comes to clothing. Always read the fine print about what materials a dress or item of clothing is made with. It may come out looking awful if a cheap material is used.

I would be so disappointed if I ordered camping chairs for my next adventure outdoors and they ended up looking like this. The worst thing is that you can buy these stools at the dollar store for super cheap.
This crochet bird looks nothing like the photo.
In fact, it’s actually kind of creepy looking. Is it just me, or does this bird also look a little ticked off? I guess that’s fitting since the person who ordered it is probably feeling a little ticked off, too.
The worst part is, this person had to wait three months to find out it was the wrong flower.
Imagine waiting all that time after planting these seeds. On the bright side, even though this flower is the wrong color, it’s still beautiful.
