The Desperate Housewives star may have just turned 55, but it’s impossible to tell from the bikini photos she just posted.
Yep, she looks that good.

It’s a mixture of good genes and hard work that have them looking as good as they do.
Like Elizabeth Hurley whose Instagram is full of bikini selfies for a reason.
The 54-year-old Gossip Girl alum credits her amazing bod to plain old diet and exercise.
“I believe in gentle exercise and lots of it. So, I believe in being active, going for walks, stretching, maybe a little yoga or a little Pilates,” she told Us Weekly in 2018.
She also makes sure to reach her 10,000 step goal each day.
As for diet, the actress eats clean and never skips breakfast.
“I like things like an omelet, or I like avocado on toast, or some tomatoes.”
Salma Hayek is another major inspiration for women everywhere.
She knows she looks good for her age and isn’t afraid to show it off in a bikini!

See? She shared the image, along with an empowering message for her followers.
“Exercise has become a source of well being not a means to look good naked,” she began.
While she said that she was sharing the after image as part of her @f45_training 8 week challenge, it’s so much more than that.
“As part of my @f45_training 8 week challenge we had to submit an after photo.”
The exercise program combines cardio with resistance training,
“So why actually post a pic of myself in a bikini? Well, this is my truth and being in this 55 year old body actually feels liberating.”
“Here’s the thing. I’ve finally figured out how to be comfortable in my own skin.”
She continued: “Maybe not every day but a lot of them. Age allows you to be clear on your purpose and cherish who and what you are grateful for.”
“You have enough age to see the miracle of life and enough youth to revel in that knowledge. You can be vulnerable and strong at the same time.”
“You can forgive others and yourself. You are willing to put in the effort to reach a goal…or not. And that’s okay. Mostly, you know to make the most of every moment.”
The actress continued in sharing her new outlook on life:
“For me that is sharing joy & positivity, knowledge I’ve gained through experience both successes and failures, and helping to lift others up.”
She went on to say that sharing a picture of herself in a bikini is her way of being open to others and all that life has to offer.
