This year has been tough for everyone, but it has been particularly hard for a lot of parents who have had to homeschool their kids, and have been stuck at home with them 24/7.
With this in mind, there might be a lot of parents who have been feeling a little overwhelmed this year, such as these 18+ parents who need a vacation.

It clearly isn’t shaping up to be a very popular option amongst parents! Or, maybe the damn kids keep escaping!
“When my wife talks about having another baby, I like to remind her how painful breastfeeding was…works every time.”
Wow, those facial expressions really get across a real sense of true discomfort! I can see why these would be an effective deterrent!
“This kid is going places.”
This kid is clearly an evil genius in the making. I cannot think of anything more time consuming and annoying than having to contest with one of those damn claw machines every morning.

Good God, I have never heard of “Bath paint,” but by Christ, it would not be something I would ever be getting for my kids after seeing this!
This Parent Was Clearly Sick Of This Elf!
Looking at this makes me realize how much I would have loved to have seen an Elf 2 directed by George A Romero.
“True hate!”
I love the way she signed it off “hate” instead of “love.” This is the sort of thing that you imagine a kid would think of and think, “Yes, that is genius, they’ll know I’m super serious now!”
“My wife put me in charge of moving elf on the shelf around.”
This is clearly someone who has more restraint than the bloodied elf that we saw previously, but someone who is nearly at the end of their rope in terms of moving this damn elf around.
“Every time I take a shower, I draw something on the mirror so it reappears when my brother showers. Today I went for something creepier than normal…”
Well, this is certainly creepy, that’s for sure! I’m getting very strong Trainspotting vibes from this.
“My toddler found a white ink pad and immediately turned into Saruman.”
If you have a toddler and you leave white ink anywhere other than locked away in a safe, then you have to realize that you brought this upon yourself!

Kids will relish any opportunity to embarrass their parents, and, in fairness, parents do their own bit for this I guess.

That’s some good aim! Most kids will also relish the opportunity to blast their parents in the face with a hose from time to time.

Ah, but this dad will be wishing for these overbearing days back as soon as any of these kids move out…probably?

You just know that this kid’s parent must have been just off shot having a panic attack.

This is a family picture that really gets a sense of “family” though, if that makes sense. Perfectly captured by a child blissfully unaware of the pain and anguish they are causing their parents.

I feel like there will be a lot of people who will be hanging cathartic Christmas decorations like this, especially parents who have had a year of homeschooling!

What a clear and concise way of conveying the insanity that children are capable of. Also, looking at this and sighing makes me realize that I am indeed now old.
