The world can seem to be full of scoundrels and liars from time to time, and there’s a good reason for this!

Bearing that in mind, from people who blatantly lied about their hairline to individuals who betrayed their whole species for a belly rub, here are 17+ times people lied and got called out!

“She could’ve just told the truth…”

What a needlessly strange thing to lie about? What does she gain from lying about this?

“When getting the error fixed isn’t satisfying enough.”

Wow, you don’t want to get on the wrong side of these people. Anyone prepared to spend money on a sign that large is someone to be very wary of!

“Damn he’s ripped!”

It took me an embarrassing amount of time to notice the extra hand as well. This guy really is a master of deceit.

“At least he tried…”

“So you’re telling me that you caught this completely on your own?”

“For the last time, yes! Do you not believe me?”

“Not in the slightest.”

“Actress called out someone for photoshopping her image…”

Good to see a celebrity keeping things real. It must be so strange for models and/or celebrities to see a pictures of themselves having been edited without their knowledge.

“This is Eugene. He’ll look you straight in the eye and tell you he has no idea who ate all the dog treats or where I can find the lid of the container.”

Stand your ground Eugene! It’s not like the evidence against you is particularly damning or anything!

Yep, I cannot see a single thing wrong with this one. Nothing but accuracy here folks, move along and stay healthy!

Christ alive, It’s incredible that someone would look at that picture and think, “Perfect! That’s the one!”

I hope to God that this is satire… But there is a part of me that knows that there is a very real chance that it isn’t.

But…why? I will never, as long as I live and breathe, understand this kind of photoshopping. Maybe I’m just not “with it.” Using phrases like “with it” probably doesn’t help either.

The “and” really throws up some issues here. So, is it illegal to just do both at the same time, but either one independent of the other is fine?

So I guess all of those people who were saying that he was still alive for all of these years have finally been proven right!

Who needs good photoshopping skills when you have a basic understanding of Microsoft Paint?

This dog is a scoundrel and a liar that is no longer recognised as a part of the dog resistance against the scourge that is postal workers.

I mean, maybe he might be permitted to skip arm day just once to learn how to photoshop better instead!

Who has their MyFitnessPal account set to public anyway? Christ alive that sounds like a terrible idea!

I don’t think that I would necessarily call them a whistleblower, but still that is some insane photoshopping she has done on her chin! You could open a tin with that!

Maybe her hand is made of rubber and has the ability to form a perfect semi-circle? Don’t judge her and her elasticated digits!

They’re Not Official Employees!

I would rather see an office building that had a load of geese employees though. Now that would be carnage!

That beagle actually has an expression that makes it look as though it knows how ridiculous it looks in this picture.

Amazing how one angle and natural lighting can really make a difference to how the world appears!

I wonder which one they ended up selling the most of. I can imagine a lot of insecure men having a real crisis of confidence with this purchase.

Good lord, it would appear that the poor people in this photograph are about to be sucked into the black hole that is clearly causing this disturbance!

If you know that you are going to be editing a picture, don’t you think that you would choose a backdrop that isn’t going to give you away quite so much?

I can sympathise with this person’s husband. The amount of time I have to spend watering plants when my partner is away is outrageous.
