One thing that most people will think when they make a mistake is, “Wow, I hope no one caught that on camera!” However, now that everyone has a camera on them at all times, odds are that someone definitely did!
So, to showcase some fun moments of failure and misery, here are 16+ hilarious slip-ups we can’t believe we caught on camera!
“My son can sum up our family’s athletic ability in one photo.”

If the parent who threw that ball is anything like my parents, then this photo would have been followed by uncontrollable laughter at this kid’s pain.
“A while back, we tried to take family photos at the beach. The results were… unexpected.”

Some people pointed out that this would have made a great holiday greetings card, which I think is a fantastic idea!
“Walmart bike purchase…”

I feel like so many of these photographs could come with the sound of a record scratch and then a voiceover saying, “Yep, that’s me…”
Looks Like They’ve Made A Huge Mistake…

I particularly like how it looks like she is saying to the person taking the photo, “You told me this would be fun, why have you lied to me so?”
“He just really wanted some Diet Coke.”

Well, he definitely got some Diet Coke! Although, that looks like some very off-brand cola they’re using, which is unforgivable!
“Longboarder accidentally hitting a kid that tried crossing the tracks at a race.”

First of all, what kind of parent is letting their kid do this sort of thing? Secondly, how did the kid not just at least wait for a moment where there wasn’t an adult flying down a hill to run across?
“Yesterday I’ve found this picture of my grandpa and me playing Popup Pirate 25 years ago.”

I absolutely loved that game as a kid, I always found it infinitely more enjoyable than damn Buckaroo, which I hate! I could never even set the damn thing up, that temperamental ass!
“Well, the cat is just rubbing it in, I think.”

I like to imagine that this cat was actually his accomplice, but then turned out to be a double agent and ratted him out to the authorities! If our cats could snitch on us for all of our misdeeds, I think that they absolutely would!
“A painful field hockey moment.”

As someone who used to play a lot of field hockey, I can hear that unique dull, thwacking sound of someone getting hit in the face with a stick through this image.
“Cargo falling out of a Cargo Ship.”

Wow, that is one hell of an expensive slip-up! I wonder what ridiculous things that someone had ordered online when they were drunk were lost into the ocean in this mistake!
“After a co-pilot’s first combat mission.”

That is one of the most accurate examples of pouring water on someone’s head that I have ever seen! I always miss by a mile… not that I do this often!
“A photo of myself taken many years ago, the girl next to me had pushed me off.”

Wow, I hope that they were alright! Although, kids tend to have a great ability to walk off most injuries!
“A moment after saying ‘I think this bag is about to break.'”

You can already see the genuine disappointment on this poor person’s face! They also look a lot like a character from a late 90s cartoon, or is that just me?
“That smile didn’t last long.”

Nothing quite like a footy straight in the face to wipe a smile off your face! That is also one hell of an accurate shot!
“Couldn’t have timed it any better…”

It’s not only a well-kicked football to the face that can wipe the smile off someone, but an entire pint of vodka and red bull being tipped over someone will also have the same effect!
“Failure in 3,2,1…”

This guy must have just slipped, as there is no way that someone could have miscalculated that jump so spectacularly, surely?
“Yearbook photo from my first year as a teacher.”

And I thought that it was only kids and teenagers who have terrible yearbook photos that haunt them for the rest of their lives! It’s good to know that teachers suffer from this too!
“In a rush to get to the playground, he might have forgotten about the ice.”

I bet that they never ran across ice again after this! I also feel like this would have made an incredible late 90s prog-rock album cover, just throw a sepia tone over it!
“From the family photo album…”

The fact that he is still smiling suggests that the pain has yet to register fully in his brain! I also remember those long thin nets being a large feature of every summer in my childhood.
“Something Is About To Go Down!”

Whoever is welding that lazer pointer is an unimaginably cruel person. With great power comes great responsibility.
