A Family Affair for Cristiano Ronaldo

The Aveiro family is out in full force to support their patriarch in what will definitely be his last international tournament with his country. His wife Georgina along with his four children are regularly seen at games cheering on their father. Along with his wife and children, Ronaldo's sister Katia Aveiro and her family are also in Qatar to support 'CR7'. It has not been an easy few months for Ronaldo, who is struggling to find the back of the net at the moment and is currently a free agent after having his contract terminated by his former club Manchester United.

The 37-year-old Portuguese captain's sister is pretty active on social media and does not shy away from sharing her day-to-day life on Instagram. Images shared by Katia Aveiro have revealed where she is staying along with Ronaldo's partner Georgina and the children. The entire entourage is staying at the Hilton Salwa Beach Resort hotel. Needless to say, they are accommodated in one of the best rooms the resort has to offer where prices can go up to $6,000 a night. The room has a garden attached and also offers breathtaking views of the water as well.

Portugal started their world cup campaign with a 3-2 win over Ghana, they followed that up with a brilliant 2-0 win over Uruguay. Despite succumbing to a 2-1 loss against South Korea, Portugal topped their group which means that they will be facing Switzerland in the round of 16 tomorrow. If they win that game, they will meet the winners of Spain vs Morocco in the quarter-finals.

Half a Billion Offer

On the eve of Portugal's round of 16 clash against Switzerland, reports have come out which suggest that Ronaldo is close to agreeing to a two and half year deal with Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr. It is reported that Ronaldo will get 200 million euros a season which makes his contract worth a whopping 500 million euros.
