Recently, however, one TikTok user showcased that she doesn’t know much about wedding cakes and traditions.
A TikTok user recently shared that she has no idea how weddings work it seems because she decided at her friend’s wedding to get up and serve herself some cake.
She seemingly thought that they “forgot to serve the cake.”
The girl showcased herself just going up to the table where the cake was, cutting herself a piece, and dancing while she put it on her plate, with many people watching.
The woman said she “hates herself” for doing it.
Clearly, not realizing she clearly ruined the bride and groom’s special cake and moment, she said she “hates herself” for doing this with so much confidence and pride—not realizing her mistakes until later.
Many people said that they couldn’t believe the TikTok user shared this.
Many people online said that they couldn’t believe that the woman would even share this video on TikTok. They were shocked she would allow the world to see the huge mistake that she has made.
Others wondered why no one stopped her.
Some people commented asking why people would record her but not stop her from cutting the cake and straight up serving herself a huge slice. Some said that it was “a total disaster.”
Apparently, one person was even at the wedding.
“This came up on my FYP and I was like, ‘this cake looks familiar, this dress looks familiar’…and then I realized I was AT this wedding. Haha,” commented another person, who didn’t even realize they had been at this very wedding.
However, some said that they wouldn’t care.
“As someone getting married in the near future I seriously wouldn’t care. It’s just a cake, who cares. People get way too uptight over weddings,” shared another TikTok user.
Fortunately, the bride has forgiven her.
