Ah, Boomers, don't you love them? I have to admit that I do. I think there is so much we can learn from this generation. But most of all, I love their thirst for knowledge even though things might be over their head, like when they try new technology, ha, ha.

However, I was surprised to find out that I'm not the only one who really appreciates Boomers. As it turns out, there's plenty of love for them out there.

This Honest Fact

OMG, ha, ha. Isn’t that right? I mean, they had it easy back then. It was pretty normal to take a drink right in your office and then smoke a mean cigar. Now, nobody can smoke anywhere, and yeah, drinking is frowned upon, too.

It’s The Computer’s Fault

Speaking of being tech-challenged — passwords will be the end of most Boomers. But truth be told, I can’t stand passwords, too. I can’t ever remember them all. It’s just that part of technology that gets on my nerves. So I don’t blame them for getting irritated with it.

Boomers On TikTok

I thought I was late to the game when I realized that there are a lot of Boomers on TikTok. How can they even understand the app? I can’t even get into it. So I definitely applaud those who can figure out how to do a video and actually post it.

This Coffee Request

I hear you loud and clear, ha, ha. I, for one, am one of those folks who likes their fancy coffee. But I can also appreciate the simplicity of just a plain ole beverage. They like it that way, and so be it. Just don’t get in their way. Am I right?

These Excel Wizards

Oh my goodness. Isn’t that right, huh? I guess Boomers like Excel because it creates order and makes sense, especially when you like math. You give them an equation to figure out, and they will go to town.

This Wishful Thinking

Aww, don’t laugh at them. Not everybody enjoys shopping online. I might be considered old-fashioned, but I prefer to touch and feel the fabrics I’m about to spend money on, okay? So in my heart of hearts, I feel for Boomers in a big way.

This Funny Fact

Oh yeah, I hear you. Ever since my mother-in-law discovered emojis, she hasn’t stopped. And then she found out about stickers, and now she’s on a roll, haha. So instead of just one message, I get five emojis and about ten stickers. I kid you not.

This Facebook Conundrum

Seriously, Facebook that like button is just too easy. It’s hilarious how Boomers end up liking everything, and then they get surprised when they see their feed. It’s like, “I didn’t sign up for this. Get me out of here, please.” Um, yeah, you did.

This Driving Expert

Well, truth be told, Boomers have a great memory when it comes to going to familiar places. They can give you better directions than Google maps. Trust me! Just once, listen to them, and you’ll see. If not, then Maps will come to the rescue, I’m sure.

This Sound Advice

I can see how frustrating this can be for somebody who’s in school right now. Even when I was going to college, it was getting up there, but now I’m shocked and horrified. But it’s hard for Boomers to rack their brain around it so just let it slide.

This Sad Truth

Even though Boomers seem to be great at math, they seem to not understand this simple calculation here. I wish I could go back in time when houses were $20,000. Can you imagine that? We would all be living in mansions, eh? Wouldn't that be nice?

This Standard Reply

I love how this is the standard Boomer reply. It’s like if you don’t like it, don’t buy it. If you don’t like living here, then leave. Well, if it were that easy, we would have already done it, eh? So don’t get snippy with me, lol.

This Texting Gaffe

Ha, ha. Honestly, I get that from my fiancé all the time. I guess he and the Boomers out there don’t know the difference. But I must admit it looks weird to me every time. Should I say something or leave it alone?

I’m Outta Here

Oh, my gosh! I do feel bad when I see that. But honestly, I might be turning into a Boomer because I’m starting to do that too, ha, ha. I long for peace and quiet, so rowdy restaurants aren’t my cup of tea. That’s right.

This FB Etiquette

Okay, I care. I don’t know why people would get annoyed with this. I think it’s a nice gesture. When I see that, I always say, “Thank you. Appreciate it.” Chances are, it will probably make their day.

What’s In A Word?

People are so hung up on words, eh? I frequently say I’m taping something. I’m not sure how else you’re supposed to say it. So does that make me a Boomer? I don’t think so. Do you agree with me?

This Agreement

Ha, ha, I think this is sweet, no? I mean, the reason they’re sharing it is obvious. It's because they like it, but they want you to remember it. I think it’s still pretty cute to see it.

This Game Changer

Oh my goodness, no! Here’s good news to all the Boomers. The original Monopoly still exists, but now you have a ton of other choices to pick from, okay? So don’t worry, nobody is going to get rid of history, lol.

What did I tell you? Aren’t Boomers the best?

Life wouldn’t be the same without them, huh? They are there to give us valuable life advice. But most importantly, they’re there for comic relief. And I, for one, appreciate them even more for that, hee-hee. What do you love about Boomers?
