Alright, you get to be subject to my recommendations on Netflix once again.
These are the hidden gems folks, the ones you might not think of clicking but totally should.
‘Happy!’.

This plucky little series about a girl’s imaginary friend and her father trying to save her from an evil Santa is just as weird as it sounds… and it’s Christmas themed!
‘I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson’.

This show is what I like to call “Tim And Eric Lite”.
If you’ve seen the Adult Swim show and it was just too weird for you, try this one out.
‘The Dirt’.

Does a Netflix original count as a “hidden gem”? Whatever, I don’t hear anyone talking about this awesome movie, so I’m throwing it in.
Seriously, this movie about Motley Crue is so cheesy and yet so awesome at the same tme.
‘Ash Vs Evil Dead’.

It’s fun, it’s violent and it’s campy: it’s Evil Dead . Bruce Campbell is always a treat, and I was very happy to see him reprise his role as Ash.
Check it out.
‘Final Space’.

This series could’ve been good enough without David Tennant voicing the villain.
Seriously, he is practically unrecognizable as Lord Commander, and I say that in the best way possible.
‘Wet Hot American Summer: First Day Of Camp’.

I love Wet Hot American Summer (it probably won’t be the last time you see it on this list, teehee).
But seriously, I will shove anything with Jon Benjamin into people’s faces.
‘Not Another Teen Movie’.

If you haven’t seen this parody of teen movies, then I’m sorry my friend, but you haven’t truly lived.
So many gags I can think of… but I don’t want to ruin it. Just watch.
‘Goon’.

I don’t know about my American readers, but the Canadians currently reading this are going “Goon? That sick hockey movie with all the fighting? How is that a ‘hidden gem’? Tim Hortons, Hockey, Eh”.
Yes, that is how Canadians talk.
‘Jawbreaker’.

This movie is like Mean Girls . Except instead of the Regina George character being really nasty, she’s a murderer.
Seriously, if Emperor Palpatine went to high school, he would’ve been impressed with Courtney.
‘Impractical Jokers’.

Sure, it’s usually kind of cheesy and a little bit lame, but they’re the good kinds of cheesy and lame.
If you like pranks, then you should check this series out.
‘Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later’.

Yeah, you should probably watch both series. And by the way, Jon Benjamin makes his return.
Oh, have I mentioned Archer yet? Watch that. Oh, and _Bob’s Burgers. Oh, and…
‘Happy as Lazzaro

It’s dreamy, it’s fairytale-like, it’s all about a sharecropper on an isolated farm in Italy who gets one of his coworkers to kidnap him.
Trust me, folks, it’s one heck of a ride.
‘Norsemen’.

If you like dark, kind of dry humor, then this is the series for you.
It’s also violent and fun and just an all around good time. Seriously, if you wanna laugh, check it out.
‘The Death Of Stalin’.

This is like Norsemen but better. It’s one of the quickest, funniest comedies I’ve seen in a while but also one of the darkest.
I don’t recommend watching this movie once. I recommend watching it at least three times.
‘Mike Tyson Mysteries’.

Okay, here are five words that describe why you should watch this awesome animated series: Norm MacDonald As A Pidgeon.
If you’re not sold there, then I don’t know what to tell you.
