Mother’s Day got a little extra sweet this year when Meghan Markle shared a cozy, real-life moment with her kids. It came right after she and Harry were roasted on SNL, but Meghan didn’t seem bothered.
Meghan shares a rare tribute with Archie and Lilibet
So right after Meghan and Harry got roasted on SNL, Meghan hopped on social media and posted this sweet Mother’s Day shoutout. It was one of those rare little glimpses into her life with her 6-year-old son, Archie, and 3-year-old daughter, Lilibet.
She celebrated juggling her life as a mom with joy

She added a pic where she looked like she had her hands completely full — and still loving it. She captioned the post with: “Cheers to juggling it all with joy!”
In the photo, both kids were basically hanging off her. She wrote, “To these two gems – who still attempt to climb ‘mama mountain,’ smother me with kisses, and make every day the most memorable adventure.” Super cute.
She also said that motherhood is her greatest privilege

She also said being their mom is the “greatest privilege of [her] life.” And then she dropped this adorable line: “I, too, ‘love you more than all the stars in all the sky, all the raindrops, and all the salt on all the french fries in all the world.’”
The royal couple were roasted on ‘SNL’ just before the tribute
The timing’s a bit wild, actually. Just before this whole post, SNL had roasted her and Harry on “Weekend Update.” Colin Jost joked, “President Trump also announced a new trade deal with the UK that will reopen British markets for American companies,” and then hit with, “All that Britain demands in return is that we keep these two,” while their pic popped up on screen.
Meghan has been sharing more on Instagram

Lately, Meghan’s been more active on Instagram again. She’s been dropping little bits of her life out in Montecito here and there.
The couple are seen in the pictures enjoying Beyoncé’s concert together

On May 9, Meghan and Harry were spotted living their best lives at Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter concert in L.A. Meghan posted, “About last night…. Thank you @beyonce and team for an amazing concert (and a very fun date night)! All love.”
On The Jamie Kern Lima Show podcast, Meghan opened up a bit about Harry and just couldn’t stop gushing

“There’s something that is not to be taken for granted when you have a partner and a spouse who is just so behind you,” she said. And then, “I mean, H, that man loves me so much. And you know, look what we built. We’ve built a beautiful life, and we have two healthy, beautiful children.”
Harry also talked recently about how tricky things are with the UK
Ever since they stepped away from royal duties in 2020 and moved to the US, it’s been… complicated. He just lost a legal battle over not having police protection when he visits the UK.
“I can’t see a world in which I would be bringing my wife and children back to the U.K. at this point,” he told the BBC. Then he added, “The things that they’re going to miss is, well, everything,” he said. “I love my country. I always have done. Despite what some people in that country have done.”
