Sophia Edmunds, a senior at Kent State University, who’s majoring in fashion merchandising just blew women’s minds away with her clever fashion hack.
It all stems from her 15 years of dancing experience.
Back in middle school Sophia literally lived in spandex, but she found it uncomfortable at times. So she came up with a genius way to fix that. I’m going to tell you exactly what you can do to fix the wedgie issue.
Here’s how it goes.
Take any old bra pad and cut a little triangle shape. Then you will stick this triangle into the insert of your thong or your underwear. You must’ve noticed the little flap that comes with the undies, right? That’s what I’m talking about here.
Once this insert is there, you’ll really notice the difference.
Now you can easily go for a walk without out worrying about any wedgies, ha, ha. And doing activities like yoga, working out, and going for a bike ride won’t seem as daunting.
Sophia came out with this hack mostly for comfort, but it also works as an aesthetic feature.
Once you’re finished with the insert, you can simply wash it by hand to throw it in the washer with the rest of your laundry.
