When I was a kid, all I wanted to do was play Twister. I wasn’t the most athletic or coordinated, but I had darn good balance.
And then puberty hit and we can add Twister to the childhood pastimes that boobs ruined.
Admittedly, Twister isn’t really that big a thing anymore.
Although, I haven’t spent much time around 10-year-olds recently, so maybe they’re still into it.
Most of us have outgrown it and frankly, it’s not like the game has changed much. It gets boring eventually.
So what could possibly make Twister fun again?
What could add more challenge while also evening the playing field for those without great balance?
Print the board on an air mattress, obviously.
Okay, technically this product is called the “Inflatable Outdoor Color Dot Game.” Because trademarks.

Oh, and did I mention that this inflatable Twister board is also huge? A standard Twister game is four rows of six dots. This monster is eight rows of eight dots.
If you’ve ever stood on an air mattress, then you know why this idea is brilliant.
I’d bet good money that someone, somewhere will decide to float the whole thing on a lake or pool and make it even more challenging.
They’d better film the resulting hilarity too.
Sadly, the game is really expensive. Like $2000 expensive. Still, if you’ve got the dough, you can order it at the Hammacher Schlemmer website.
