Have you ever thought about what it takes to be very successful? What are successful people doing that differentiates them from the rest of us? It turns out, it can actually be their daily routine.
Most successful people follow some kind of routine to get everything done. BodyLogicMD decided to visualize the daily rituals of famous women like Oprah and Lady Gaga, and I have to say, it’s pretty fascinating.
1. Beyoncé
From this chart, it looks like Beyoncé wakes up bright and early at 7 a.m. and then prays and meditates before she starts her busy day. Hmm, interesting.
2. Lady Gaga
Wow, Lady Gaga’s schedule looks crazy when she’s touring but she still has time to squeeze in five meals and reads some fan mail on the plane.
3. Kim Kardashian
Looks like Kim Kardashian spends a lot of time on beauty sleep. I guess she really needs it since she’s got all that filming to do.
13. Anna Pavlova
Being an artist or a performer does come with certain time commitments. But if you can balance your work and rest, you’ll still keep your sanity.
4. Martha Stewart
Martha Stewart’s schedule definitely looks jam-packed. But, she makes sure she has time to work out with a personal trainer and have a healthy smoothie. Nice.
5. Oprah Winfrey
The mind of Oprah Winfrey is always busy. No wonder she needs all that sleep to recuperate. Walking her dogs must also be relaxing.
6. Serena Williams
It’s no surprise when you look at Serena Williams’s schedule that she spends a lot of time practicing and training. She needs it to kick butt.
7. Jane Austen
Now when you look at Jane Austen’s day, you can see that life was slower back then. There was more emphasis on leisure and family time.
8. Hayden Dunham
Young people these days get a bad rap for being lazy, but when you’re an artist your work never stops. Hayden Dunham is a great example here.
9. Frida Kahlo
Frida Kahlo seemed to have had a pretty good grasp on her work-life balance. She had enough time to work and enjoy some leisure time, too.
10. Georgia O’Keeffe
I think I really like Georgia O’Keeffe’s daily routine here. There was plenty of “me time” in addition to creative work she had to get done.
11. Elsa Schiaparelli
Seems to me that those who work long hours also need a lot of sleep to rest their minds for the upcoming day. It makes total sense.
12. Coco Chanel
Speaking of long sleeping habits, check out the snooze Coco Chanel used to get. Whoa. That’s almost half the day! I say, good for her!
14. Maya Angelou
This looks like quite a typical day of work with lots of sleep, coffee, breakfast, work, and chores.
I love how after dinner, Maya took time to catch up with her husband and read.
15. Germaine De Stael
Whoa, Germaine De Stael’s schedule is so much different with sleep taking place during the day. And there’s plenty of time for some meaningful conversation.

When you gotta stay in fighting shape you need lots of rest, plenty of nutritious snacks, and of course, tons of training. I’m definitely impressed.
22. Pina Bausch
Just like athletes, dancers need to be in the best shape of their life physically and mentally. You really rely on lots of discipline to do that.
