Jared Padalecki and his Supernatural co-star, Jensen Ackles have broken their silence after Jared was arrested for assault and public intoxication outside of a nightclub.
In case you missed it, “Supernatural” star, Jared Padalecki was arrested two weekends ago.
The police apprehanded him outside a nightclub that he goes to regularly.

TMZ reported that Jared was taken into police custody early Sunday morning.
He is currently facing two counts of assault and one count of public intoxication.
TMZ also obtained footage of the incident which shows Jared getting into a physical altercation outside of the club.
Unfortunately, there are allegations that say there is a bit more to the story…
Sources say that everything began to go downhill for Jared inside the club.
He allegedly assaulted one of the club’s bartenders by punching him in the face.
Yikes.
And for the record, that’s no way to treat the person that makes your drinks!
Bartenders are sacred and should be treated as such!
However, Jared apparently did not feel that way.
It’s unclear what exactly the bartender did to upset him.
He also allegedly swung at the general manager of the club before his friend took him outside in an attempt to calm him down.
Evidently, the friend didn’t do such a great job of calming him down, as seen in the clip acquired by TMZ.
And then, he did just about the cringiest thing I’ve ever heard.
When the police arrived at the scene, Jared reportedly took out a wad of cash and waved it in front of them before being arrested.
Two weeks after the incident, Jared was released on a $15,000 bond.
And it’s a good thing he was because he was released just in time to start filming the 15th and final season of Supernatural .
Jared briefly addressed the situation on Twitter.
“I want to sincerely thank my family and friends for all of your love and support. So sad to miss the #SPNFamily at #dccon but I hope to see y’all soon,” he wrote .
Then his “Supernatural” co-star, Jensen Ackles also chimed in on the incident.
Bros before arrests— that’s how the saying goes, right?
While speaking solo at the SPNDC Con Jared was supposed to attend with him, it was clear Jensen wanted to address the elephant in the room ASAP.
“We all miss my big dumb friend,” he joked.
“I’ll just say it now, he had a bad weekend last weekend — he’s dealing with what he’s gotta deal with.”
“So, send him some support and love,” he continued.
The crowd quickly erupted in applause.
Jensen then went on to explain the hijinks that started on set since the arrest: “When he showed up on set — because he had a couple days off last week — I brought him in in handcuffs.”
“We’re having fun with it,” he joked.
It’s safe to say that his colleagues do not hold anything against him and, in fact, REALLY enjoyed making light of the entire thing.
“The crew really wanted to wear orange jumpsuits,” he said.
“But we couldn’t get them in time — it wasn’t like we thought it was a bad idea, we were certainly gonna roll with it.”
“Anyway, he’s doing fine, he sends his love,” he concluded.
It’s good to see that Jared’s on-screen brother has his back, as well as the rest of his Supernatural family!
