In our modern technological world, clean and renewable energy is on everybody’s mind. There are countless ways to generate the electricity we need to fuel our cars, heat our houses, and load all the cat videos the internet has to offer. It’s just a matter of implementing them.
But what if we could harness human energy in some way? Not physical labor, but the power of the mind. Or, the lack thereof.
One Reddit user, who goes by 6354211, posted to Ask Reddit, asking others where they’d fuel a car that ran on stupidity . It’s definitely one human trait that’s in no short supply. Unsurprisingly, other users had plenty of answers.
Reddit Users Had A Lot Of Creative Responses.

Some users mentioned actual locations. Retail stores and chains were a big one, but so were hospital emergency rooms. As most ER staff can tell you, there are a lot of people who end up in the hospital because they did something incredibly stupid, which got them seriously injured.
If cars really could run on stupidity, you just have to make sure you go to wherever you can find a lot of people who’ve done some not-so-bright things, and you’ll fuel up in no time.
Others Mentioned Specific People In Their Lives.

Other people had siblings, relatives, friends, or coworkers in their lives that were infinite sources of pretty dumb comments. It especially seemed like everyone knew somebody who was pretty bad at geography, like this user whose sister didn’t know where Europe was while living in England.
Now, there are very few people in the world who can point to every country on a map, but it might be a good idea to at least have the geography of your own home country/continent down.
Many Users Figured They Wouldn’t Have To Travel Far.

Stupidity is basically everywhere. A bunch of users commented that they could refuel pretty much anywhere. Some even suggested letting a bunch of TikToks play, though TikTok is hardly the only social media site that has people on it acting dumb.
And Of Course, Some Thought Of Using Themselves As Fuel Sources.

One user joked about how their own stupidity was enough, but others commented how that would actually be a smart idea. But that would probably cancel the stupidity out, which means you wouldn’t be able to fuel up. That amount of confusion alone makes me glad stupidity can’t actually be used as an energy source.
