Okay so we’ve established we’re all obsessed with Dax Shepard and Kirsten Bell? Good, moving on.
The hilarious Hollywood hotties have been together since 2007 and tied the knot back in 2013.
The pair share two daughters together: five-year-old Delta and seven-year-old Lincoln.
While Kristen and Dax have made the choice to hide their children’s faces on social media, it doesn’t mean they’re hiding their hilarious hijinks!
They truly keep it real for parents everywhere and for that, fans couldn’t be more grateful!
Take the hilarious story Kristen shared about her daughters drinking non-alcoholic beer during their Zoom classes last week as an example.
While chatting on the “Say Yes! with Carla Hall” podcast, the 40-year-old mom admitted her daughters have an affinity for the non-alcoholic beer, O’Doul’s.
Kristen emphasized that Dax’s sobriety journey is a topic that’s discussed often in their house. In fact, the whole family celebrated as Dax marked his 16-year sobriety anniversary earlier this month!
“I’m going to get a lot of flak for this. And let me start by saying I don’t care. You’re allowed to give me any advice you guys want, any of these listeners,” Kristen shared, as per People .
“You’re welcome to tell me I’m a terrible parent. I don’t care. I’m a great parent, I think. I’m learning every day!”
“My husband brought home a six-pack of O’Doul’s last night. And my daughters often ask for O’Doul’s,” Kristen explained, insisting that her girls have “been at restaurants and ordered” the beers before.
“The reason for this is because when we first had our child and my husband would put her in the BABYBJÖRN and we’d walk around the neighborhood, he’d pop a non-alcoholic beer in his hand and the baby would paw at it and put the rim in her mouth.”
“It’s a sentimental thing for my girls, right? It makes them feel close to their dad.”
She then revealed that her daughters had drunk O’Doul’s with their dinner the night before the incident.
“We’re like, ‘I mean, there’s nothing wrong with it. It’s just essentially a bubbly juice.’ Right? There’s nothing in it. We also talk to them very much about [Dax’s] sobriety and the importance of it and why Daddy can’t drink.”
However, Kristen said that she may have to draw the line at her daughters drinking them during their Zoom school classes.
“They have 15-minute breaks where they’re allowed to jump around and grab a snack and wiggle it out,” Kristen explained.
“And I walk in to check on them at 9:30 and both of them are drinking an O’Doul’s on their Zooms. They’re both just sipping their Doulies. And I’m like, ‘What must these other parents and teachers think of me?’ And then I remind myself, ‘You don’t care, Kristen. They can pretend like you’re doing something wrong.’”
When Dax and Kristen aren’t teaching their children the most gorgeous and fundamental life lessons, they’re trolling each other on social media!

“The most important part of this photo isn’t that my bride @kristenanniebell is peeing in the car, it’s that the car is 36 hours old!!!!” Dax captioned the pic.
He concluded , “So much disrespect that I almost have to respect it.”
In response to Dax’s post, Kristen explained why she had to pee in the car!!!!
“I dont eff with public restrooms during a pandemic. Sorry not sorry,” she commented.
