One thing I enjoy about Christmas is all the pretty and festive decor. It’s fun to make your house all nice for the holidays, isn’t it?
But I must admit, sometimes Christmas decor can be expensive. Don’t you wish there was a better way? Well, there is. These Christmas DIY decor ideas are both fun and relatively easy to do.

This family came up with a cute way to “use up” their Halloween candy. They make a tree like this with the candy all wrapped up, and each day they open one gift box leading up to Christmas. It’s like a DIY advent calendar!

Can you believe this lady made a gorgeous holiday star using paper bags? I would never have thought of this. Isn’t it so genius? It’s another brilliant idea I need to do this holiday season.

Wow, I can’t get over the fact that this lady made a fun and festive holiday lollipop out of pool noodles. Oh my! And it looks so easy to do too. It’s such a great idea, huh?

Do you still get tons of magazines in the mail? I do too. So, instead of just recycling them, you can make a fabulous Christmas tree like this one. I can’t believe it. I love this idea.

Do you want a DIY project that takes only 15 minutes? Well, this holiday penguin is it. You’ll need some rice, a black sock, holiday fleece, ribbon, buttons, twine, small rubber bands, and white and orange felt. You can make a snowman or Santa version as well!

Oh my goodness, have you seen anything cuter than these holiday snowmen made out of bottle caps? I can’t say that I have. What a neat idea to make with your kids. Don’t you think?

If you’re looking for a cool project you can do with your kids, get a load of this. It might be a bit time-consuming, but once you make this paper cup snowman that lights up everyone, will be amazed.
11. This Festive Ornament Door Hanger
This lady came up with the most interesting way to decorate her door frames for the holidays. She used chicken wire and attached it to the door frames. Then she decorated it with ornaments. Wow, this looks so gorgeous.

Somebody had a great idea to make a balloon snowman. If you’re going to embark on this DIY project, make sure you don’t have cats in the house, ha, ha. Otherwise, your work may go to waste.

I have a friend who’s obsessed with gnomes. I should show her how easy it is to make this cute Christmas ornament. All you need are paintbrushes, some fabric, and glue. Doesn’t this look so festive?
