Full disclosure, no the photo above is not a scene from Grey’s Anatomy .
It’s actually a scene from Knocked Up where Katherine Heigl was also reported as being a drama queen, just as she was on Grey’s Anatomy .
But she’s not the only one. Everyone in the cast has been involved in cast drama.
To kick us off, here’s a quote from Ellen Pompeo herself.
She has confirmed that all that drama we hear about is all real.
She told her story to The Hollywood Reporter , “On the outside, we were a massive success, but there was all of this tumult on the inside.”

This was in reference to the long hours she worked.
Shonda Rhimes is a rebel.
For one scene, that ended up getting deleted, ABC executives were actually really rude to her.
They told her , “If you think you’re funny, you’re sick,”
Patrick Dempsey’s awkward goodbye.
Yeah. This was a bad one.
Between being suspended and suddenly being let go, Dempsey’s exit shook the fandom.
Sara Ramirez didn’t even say goodbye.
When Sara Ramirez left, she didn’t get to say goodbye to her co-stars. Not even the ones she worked with for years.
But she and Shonda are on good terms, as far as we know.
McSteamy didn’t actually like being McSteamy?
Or, rather, he liked his character but not how people treated him.
He dished to a French news program that people treated him ” like meat “.
We still miss George.
T.R Knight made the choice to leave, and with pretty good reason.
“My five-year experience proved to me that I could not trust any answer that was given,” he said about his communication with Shonda Rhimes.
When Katherine shaded the producers.
On live television. Yikes twice.
On The Late Show With David Letterman , she said, “I’m going to keep saying this because I hope it embarrasses them—a 17-hour day, which I think is cruel and mean.”
We all remember this mess.
Back in 2006, during a physical fight with Patrick Dempsey, Isaiah Washington got homophobic with him.
He used a slur to him, and also connected the slur, with T.R. Knight. At the time, Knight was not yet out publically.
Then, Isaiah was fired.
Which we definitely all saw coming.
You can’t be part of a hit show and start fights and use slurs and get away with it.
Everyone was jealous.
Of Kate Walsh, which is kind of understandable?
