So, this girl, Rasha Akar, who goes by the handle @simplyrasha on TikTok, is blowing everyone’s mind with her take on the quesadilla hack. Get this — she’s using a pancake instead of a wrap for her sweet version.

My mouth is salivating just thinking of it right now. The first step, of course, is to cut a line from the center of the pancake to the outer edge. Then, you start filling it up with your favorite toppings.
