Because it’s pretty much a dump inside but it still comes with a hefty price tag. You really gotta see the pictures to believe how bad it looks.

And of course, walking by it, you would never know just how terrible it looks inside. Unless you know something about it.
The people who live in the area are aware of the state of affairs at this property.
But even as bad as it looks it’s still listed for a cool $828,888! Holy crap! To me, that seems pretty unbelievable. Right?

I guess whoever ends up getting this gem of a property would basically just have to gut it.

Well, there is some good news for the new owners of this rundown house.
It actually comes with a generous 4,912 square feet. So once they tear it down they can build something much nicer instead of this ruin. How about that?
