It’s s’mores szn people, and don’t we just love to see it? Whether you’re enjoying a roasty toasty s’mores sammy while camping, or hanging out in your backyard by the fire pit, or roasting a bowl of them in your oven, there’s just no denying the power of the DIY s’mores sandwich.
If you’re feeling a little creative with the s’mores concept, check out this Baileys recipe for a boozy s’mores jar.
If you’re feeling like you need to add a little boozy kick to your s’mores experience, look no further than Baileys S’mores jars.

Doesn’t that just sound divine?
If you want to make the Baileys’ recipe yourself, you’ll of course need some Baileys, crumbled digestives or shortbread, mini marshmallows, regular marshmallows, chocolate sauce, and a blow torch to toast the marshmallows.

If you want to go down the more traditional route, I’m sure there’s no problem swapping the shortbread for graham crackers and roasting the marshmallows.
After you’ve gathered all the ingredients, get to layering!
Add your crumbled cookie base to the bottom of a jar, followed by some marshmallows, heated chocolate sauce, mini marshmallows, and then the pièce de résistance: Baileys.
Then, carefully toast the mini marshmallows with a blow torch until you reach your desired level of toasty-ness, and voila!
It’s like a drink and a snack all in one!
This is definitely an adult take on s’mores we didn’t know we needed.
