How old is old? For some, 40 is old. Others think 60. And then for some, you’re not old until you’re in your 80s. When we think of old, we think of wrinkles, weakness, aches and pains, and just not being able to do the same things as when we were younger.

15. If we were just basing it on this picture, it would be almost impossible to guess how old the man doing this ab workout is.
And the answer is that he is actually 82-years-old. Apparently, nobody informed his muscles of that fact.
16. 82-year-old Wong is a member of a group known as “Protect The Kids.”
In this context, protecting the kids means going out into the streets of Hong Kong and risking police reprisal in the ongoing tumultuous protests there to protect the participating youth with his body.
17. Sometimes, it’s not about what your body can do, but what your mind can come up with.
While a lot of elders may choose to put tennis balls on the legs of their walkers for better stability, this man could only see that technique as getting in the way of his hoverboarding.
It’s good to see that somebody finally figured out how to use one of these in a way that doesn’t feel totally unstable.
18. At the age of 94, Ken Wallis took to the skies in an autogyro he built himself.
Wallis would pass away three years later, but not before setting 34 different world records for speed and altitude in his trademark flying machine.
19. This 90-year-old can be seen making a respectable long jump at this event.
He made a fairly fast approach and his technique was definitely on point as he prepared his jump.
20. Having visited a trampoline room like this myself, I legitimately couldn’t tell you how this man caught so much air.
Not only that, but he manages to keep his momentum steady the whole time he was recorded and pulled off flips and other tricks like they were nothing.
21. While it’s clear that Mr. Balance Guru here is trying hard to impress with this trick, he ends up getting upstaged.
Even this guy’s fans couldn’t help but feel their eyes stray when they noticed that the gentleman in the back sunk every free throw he tried while the camera was on him.
22. I’m not sure I’ve seen anyone play Pokémon GO this hard in my life.
After 70-year-old Chen San-yuan’s grandson introduced him to the game back in 2016, he evidently got hooked as he found a way to play it on 31 phones at once.
